Our story
Tech help that doesn't need a translator
Mitchell started HTS after watching too many neighbors get overcharged, talked down to, or buried in jargon over problems that had simple answers.
We're a small crew of faith-based workers who believe in God, and that belief shapes everything we do. We repair computers and phones, set up networks and smart home gear, recover data, build custom PCs, design websites, and provide ongoing IT support for homes, small businesses, churches, and schools, on-site or remote.
Our mission is simple:
- Give our community honest, reliable, fairly priced tech help.
- Explain every fix in plain English, with no computer science degree required.
- Serve every customer the way we'd want our own family served.
Open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm.

Mitchell
Owner & Technician
Mitchell has been fixing computers, phones, and networks most of his life. He founded HTS to give the community tech help that's honest and easy to understand, and he's responsible for every job that goes out the door.
Jordan
Network Specialist
Jordan has a sharp eye for network infrastructure and a real talent for keeping people connected. From tracking down a flaky connection to getting a whole home or office network running right, he's a superstar at what he does.
Ryan
Technician in Training
Ryan is learning the trade hands-on and building his skills and confidence with every job. He brings energy and a real willingness to learn, and he's just getting started. Keep an eye on this one.
